    After a FULL Week of Wear!

    This is a great design for first time users or newer users because the busyness of the pattern hides bubbles really well. Lots of people post right after doing their manicure, but I wanted to post after a week (2 weeks for the pink on my toes) so people could see how well they lasted. I used Orly’s rubberized bonder as the base coat and whatever random top coat I had around, probably something cheap like LA Colors. As you can see there’s no lifting or chips, just a little bit of cuticle gap since my nails grow so quickly. I did get a tiny bit of shrinkage and wear at the tips, but I’ve already filed that off in these pictures and you can see the tips look great again. I also get a lot of bubbling on my thumb, but I had to repositioned that one several times (with my fingers, not tweezers) because I kept laying it down crooked, so I’m not too surprised by that. Next time I will be more careful, and will also use tweezers to minimize contact with the surface of the adhesive and I’ll probably get better results.
